Submitting a form or scheduling a trial does not guarantee enrollment, membership, or a permanent spot in any program. IQ Jiu Jitsu reserves the right to modify, reschedule, cancel, or refuse a trial class or appointment when necessary.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a trial class, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS

IQ Jiu Jitsu offers programs for children. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for submitting information on behalf of minors and for deciding whether participation is appropriate for their child.

By submitting information about a child or scheduling a child for a class, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Children may not submit information through this website without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND PARTICIPATION

Jiu Jitsu and martial arts training involve physical activity and contact. Participation may include movement, exercise, falling, grappling, drilling, partner work, and other physical activities.

IQ Jiu Jitsu reserves the right to limit or deny participation if we believe a participant’s behavior, condition, or circumstances may create an unsafe environment for themselves, other students, instructors, or staff.
